The beer is the base for Cuvée De Ranke and Kriek De Ranke and has aged at least one year on oak barrels

Crossover Iron Gate 9.2 Unique unfiltered blend of self-brewedSpontaneously fermented pale wheat beer. Aged 8 months in a single French oak barrel. Refermented on White Bullace plums which had been through a process of cold maceration in the tank for 5 days prior. The beer was on fruit for 4 months before being bottled. We picked these bullaces from a hedgerow in a neighbouring village to the Blendery.
