Syrah | Grenache - Cotes du Rhône - Clos du Caillou - Bouquets Des Garrigues BURGUNDY fine-grained and extremely lightly toastedA mini Chateaunuef du Pape, as Clos de Caillou's famous Chateauneuf du Pape vineyards are next door to those whose grapes go into Bouquet des Garrigues. Produced predominately from old vines, this Bouquets des Garrigues is beautiful deep red. The nose is dominated by aniseed aromas, with notes of fig and dried plums. The mouth is very smooth, with a beautiful sweetness and a touch of spice. A super classy, super premium Ctes du Rhne.
