BALLOT MILLOT VOLNAY 1ER CRU SANTENOTS Sparkling 30 March & 6Red Burgunday Aroma: Expect ripe black cherry, anise, and perfume notes. Some tasters also note hints of herbs, citrus peel, and spice. Palate: Described as a prototypical lighter Volnay with superb balance, crisp acidity, and a distinct mineral soil core. It is medium bodied with an elegant, "weightless" texture.
