Pink Muhly Grass - Muhlenbergia capillaris longifolia and an ability to thrivePink Muhly Grass is low maintenance and provides late season color to a tired garden. In late summer to late fall, this hardy native waves wispy pink seed pods that almost resemble a pink smoky haze above the plants. It's deer disease insect resistant, and even prefers a dry spot, so it makes a nice landscaping addition somewhere that is not constantly cared for (I'm talking to you, ugly hillside).
