mtg niv mizzet reborn commander deck Niv-Mizzet, Parun CARD DRAW INSTANT SORCERY Spells Magic Custom Co – CommanderComplete Mizzet Reborn enters the battlefield Niv Mizzet Reborn Altered Full

The alternate commander here, Yuna, is very strong too and with a few tweaks to let you untap her multiple times per turn, she can turn this precon into quite a nasty combo deck

If you've been on the border of picking up one of these decks, take a look through them here and then head off on your next great adventure

While Tipo does force you to Ink from your hand as opposed to the more preferable off the top of your deck option, given the powerful draw support in Sapphire/Steel, this shouldnt be too much of an issue

The city's blessing isn't a permanent itself and can't be removed by any effect (well, except by Naturalize 2)
