I wouldnt run this black enchantment in Commander since the odds of it being in your opening hand are terrible

At its base level, its a Shock that charges an extra two in exchange for flashing back an uncounterable Reverberate (assuming you are blue)

My choice for 2004 is 2005 Sets : Betrayers of Kamigawa , Saviors of Kamigawa , and Ravnica: City of Guilds My Pick : Patron of the Orochi ( Betrayers of Kamigawa ) The rest of the Champions of Kamigawa block continued the theme of connecting creature types to mechanics

Finally, if we want to add in some tricks with our treats, we may want to get a little clever and find ways to kill our own reanimated creatures so we can reuse them, or send in creatures that are likely to kill themselves, rather than have them get exiled at the end of the turn with The Beamtown Bullies effect

The set is due to release in the third quarter of the year aka anywhere from July to September
