pack first edition pokemon cards Vintage Fossil 1st Pokémon Booster In each of these 10 card lots Proxie 1st Edition Base Set

This means no Secret Lairs, no bonus drops, and no supplemental releases

Progenitor Mimic can be cast as a copy of cards like Mutavault and Simic Keyrune whilst they're in their creature state

Since its indestructibility comes in counter form, you can use proliferate so you can activate its second ability and keep it safe

And then theres the bonus of having a gigantic 9/7 trampling creature that can be brought back from the graveyard in a whole host of ways

This could be the beginning of a trend, or it could be a momentary spike caused by Arena development, R&D experimentation, the pendulum of complexity swinging around, or any number of tiny factors
