How Does Cast Through Time Work

While I dont feel as though this card is going to be useful with every VMAX deck, I think there are several that can benefit from the fast acceleration

People argue that it would be a safe unban because there are better wincons available in Commander, and you still need five colors of mana and cast an 8-mana spell

The planeswalker doesn't have any loyalty abilities anymore, but it does have Deadpool's abilities, and will still lose loyalty counters if damaged since it's still a planeswalker

Ill try to touch on spots where that might differ for cantrips in combo or discard inuha different attrition deck
