Arc-Slogger got everyone

If a spell with rebound that you cast from your hand doesn't resolve for any reason, including being countered, the spell will be put into its owner's graveyard and you won't get to cast it again on your next turn

While it isnt Parallel Lives, which for some reason wasnt reprinted in this set, a one-shot version of it can still get the job done

The first set of stats cover just the first two rare and above cards in a pack, the last is for just the foil slot which is the only place you can find an Enchanted

It has hexproof to prevent targeted removal, only sweeping removal like Akroma's Vengeance or Planar Cleansing will hit it
