One of Magic's best control cards, Teferis functionally a 3-mana walker, since it refunds 2 of your mana if youre able to resolve it and +1 right away

Foundations Foundations continued the Japan Showcase series, though the cards selected from this set werent thematic or tied together in any specific way

It costing ten mana can be looked at as an upside actually as here are some of the dumb spells you can cheat into play, like Maelstrom Wanderer, Call Forth the Tempest, Emergent Ultimatum, Eerie Ultimatum, and Last March of the Ents

Another promotional card that doesnt crop up very often is the NM-MT 8 Japanese Promo Family Event Trophy Card Holofoil Kangaskhan
