Description

Once the early game is set up you want to get Lord Windgrace online

Card Text: Whenever Ultimecia enters or attacks, surveil 2

It's a great card to pull in both standard, foil and enchanted

This card is funny to me, not just because its drastically pricier than anything else in the set, but because in the pursuit of that gorgeous Singularity Foil, it doesnt show you what the card does

The incidental lifegain adds up well in an archetype that wants to extend the game for slow win conditions like Sigil of the Empty Throne, and it makes cards like Sigarda's Splendor more playable
