Description

C Common The Reliable Guardian X SPELL Quick-Play Increase 1 face-up monster's DEF by 700 points until the end of this turn

Like I already said these arent exact numbers, but it should give you some guidance on what your deck needs

So untill spellbooks are looked at as a main part of the meta or in a very competitive environment Im ok at 1

There are three different stages in the game for a ramp deck: the early-game, the mid-game and the late-game

You could also consider having two Eevee cards and running both a Vaporeon and a Glaceon ex, giving you a huge amount of flexibility at the cost of Trainer support.
