Lindemans Pecheresse 12x355ml Belgium peaches are then added toA slightly sweet peach lambic beer made in the traditional Belgian style by the Lindemans family. Lambic beers are fermented using wild yeasts in the air and aged in oak barrels for years to give a sour tart flavour. For this beer, peaches are then added to give the beer a pleasant, aromatic sweetness that offsets the sour base before a pleasing and refreshing tart finish.
