Domaine Pierre Richard Crémant du Jura Blanc Brut Harmonie NV Assyrtiko in South Revermont at theFrom 35 year old vines, a gorgeous Crmant with some age from old school and traditional Jura producer, Pierre Richard. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this wine is slightly oxidized with nutty, salty flavors and great acidity. Showing beautifully today, especially alongside spicy food or cheese and charcuterie.
