This elegant full-bodied white wine from the Aldo Adami family is soft and easy drinking
It has been created using wild fermentation with no temperature control in open wooden vats and aged in old barrels with no fining
The natural acidity of the early harvested Ribona grapes is softened by combining them with those left on the vines for a further 2 weeks which are then fermented in oak barrels
