To be used with the Chiarugi sets of interchangeable bassoon mandrels

Being able to change the mandrels over means that you can leave the bassoon reeds todry on the mandrels

as with a normal bassoon madrel

Bassoon Crook Brush Reed Tool Once the reed has driedThe crook (bocal) brush is made from metal spring that is covered in durable black plastic and at the one end there is a brush. To use this, insert the brush end into the widest end of the crook (end with cork on) and push it through the crook until it comes completely out of the smaller end, repeat if necessary.
