SOPHIA HOTUNG PRINT: High Dive Hiking Goodies Banyan Tree Roots | 11"The Hong Konger 11 x 14" A swimmer prepares to launch off the diving board at the Ladies Recreation Club. Based on the June 19 & 26, 2000 New Yorker magazine cover Poised by R. Kenton Nelson. Sophia started her series of illustrations as a parody of The New Yorker magazine covers. The collection has now grown and evolved as a way for her to express her experiences and observations of Hong Kong, the place her family has called home for over 150 years.
