If you want to build a deck around The Ring tempting you, there are options that are better built for it

If you want to focus more on equipment, there are a number of things you can look at

A three-mana 3/4 that can remove artifacts and enchantments has all the playability in the world and is a phenomenal rate, and if I were to add it to the actual list, it would get a high spot

Even if it doesnt impact the board on turn two, I think it does enough for the cost and the upside is big I don't normally love removal that turns something into a treasure, because its yet another form of Blue removal that doesnt entirely deal with something
