one piece tcg promo pack card list GAME PROMOTION 2023 Vol.4 (1 Pack = 5 Pcs) Promotion Pack EX Vol. 1

"Any target that isn't a Dinosaur" means any non-Dinosaur creature, any planeswalker or battle, or any player (no matter how old they are)

It's an excellent multiplayer mechanic because it allows for creature decks to avoid kingmaking scenarios, or purposefully engage with them in order to play politics or create periods for player interaction

I also found the slider at the top of this store page convenient, since it highlights sets which are and are not legal in Standard

Still, there's a huge group of players who want high-quality proxies for their cubes or kitchen tables, and Wizards could fill this niche, rather than having some percentage of these players hand their money over to counterfeiters

I love cards that are powerful but not game breaking
