World Shaper does pretty much what it says on the tin because it's a Land-based deck with the theme of sacrificing Lands to proc various effects, as seen on the new Hearthhull, the Worldseed, which makes each opponent lose 2 life if the controller sacrifices a Land - assuming players put 8 or more charge counters on the commander for the Station threshold
If anything, it churns away and makes it deep into games if only because it's the lowest threat at the table and gets treated as such
Urza's Legacy, 1999: $987 The middle set of the Urza's block is no slouch when it comes to value
Beza, the Bounding Spring Beza, the Bounding Spring is a flicker deck's favorite way to catch up
Combined with cards like Delney, Streetwise Lookout or Mentor of the Meek, you can get a ton of extra value from otherwise underpowered yet low-cost cards
