As we've talked about before, you don't just buy a Commander deck to play it out of the box

Nothing else requires you to hide items (???)

Before Commander was an official format it was called Elder Dragon Highlander based on the cycle of Elder Dragons including Vaevictis in fact, 21 commander damage being lethal was also based on the Elder Dragons all being 7 power, so three hits was always lethal with them

So long as youre able to net at least one extra mana for playing and bouncing Palinchron a ton of times, you end up with all the mana in the world

Both of those make the effect card advantage neutral outside of the rare time you get to plink a Planeswalker or have two creatures bounce off of each other
