Lightning Overload (3) fits best in a Wizard deckparticularly Iyslander or Kano buildsthat consistently play instants on the opponents turn and can reliably trigger **Starfall** to generate Lightning Flow tokens, making it more than just a 2damage arcane ping

One card prevents Graveyard dumping, another punishes your opponent if they Summoned too many monsters, and the third gives you a reprieve if they set up a monstrously large field on their first turn

Where shrines truly shine is in Commander and Limited, where you have more time to set up, more color flexibility, and plenty of early value to snowball into something big

Any visible chipping or whitening and you're looking at a PSA 9 or below

Its a supercharged booster experience
