mtg universes beyond commander deck MTG: Beyond-Final Fantasy (FIC) The Gathering Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond:

Putting the deck together requires you to determine how your mana will be able to cast spells and summon creatures, so limiting yourself to two or three colours is a good place to start

It enters with X charge counters, and you can remove one each turn to add a mana of any color

The format ended up being dominated by some of the most powerful midrange decks its ever known, and the winners were usually the players who found the best way to stay alive for as long as possible

So Ill run Hell to Pay in Treasure decks, even though they enter tapped

When you discard a card this way, this creature deals damage equal to that cards mana value to each opponent
