mtg best card draw edh Elite Izzet 2 Deck - Blue Red - Very Powerful - Modern Legal - Custom Built - Magic The Gathering - The 60 Best Card Draw

Each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is that card's mana value

This one-drop demands that you have two removal spells right away, because your opponent is almost certainly going to toss a land into the bin if it means keeping Safekeeper in play to keep their combos safe

it offers you so much value that it's best to think of it as an enchantment that costs no mana, at the expense of skipping a land-drop for the turn

You can always upgrade the tribe with generic upgrades like Metallic Mimic, Adaptive Automaton, Coat of Arms, or Door of Destinies too

The high MV is a problem, but with some support from cards like Repurposing Bay and Spire Golem this legendary artifact should be beefing up your creatures in no time
