mtg arcades commander deck the Strategist "Arcades Builds a Wall" -

Last turn, Andrew went all in, taking advantage of the mana on the table to cast both Baneful Omen and Seizan, Perverter of Truth

Instead, it's its own entire Jumpstart set akin to the original and Jumpstart 2022, complete with new cards and reprints not found in the other set

If you want to save a couple more wildcards, dropping Drannith Magistrate is fine (you can replace it with either more Stern Dismissals or more Seasoned Hallowblades)

Cascade can turn one spell into several, while Flicker and Proliferate are able to multiply the value of cards already in play with very mana-efficient actions

Garland, Knight of Cornelia / Chaos, the Endless Rating: 6/10 Garland, Knight of Cornelia isnt broken by any means, but in a spells deck there are few better turn 2 plays
