one piece trading card game booster TCG: The Best Vol. 2 Pack (PRB-02) 06 and event One Piece Card Game OP-16

This is the only card in the deck that has anything to do with the Ring tempting you, and your opponents may simply vote against it if itd really benefit you

[Trigger] Activate this card's [Counter] effect

Im not talking about Baral, Chief of Compliance or Ral, Monsoon Mage giving you a measly 1-mana discount

The goyf subtheme is novel stuff, but then the rest of the decklist loses me, devolving into early 2010s slop

In general, box prices tend to start high (everyone wants packs from the new set), dip a bit once another set is released, dip again after rotation, and then slowly climb thanks to nostalgia and the increasing scarcity of the cards
