mtg hazel commander deck Magic: The Gathering Bloomburrow Bloomburrow Commander (BLC) #17 Illustrated by Simon Dominic Magic Making a Hazel of Rootbloom

During any turn you put a lore counter on this Saga, you may play that card

Evoke Evoke is like level up but generally in reverse, it allows you to have a really strong late game card that can be used to lesser effect when in the more important and more random early stages of the game

Longtime MTG-heads, whether Fallout players or not, should also get psyched over the exciting new mechanics coming along for the ride

But Different When Obeka was spoiled, people who know about my 9Doc deck were messaging me about how Ive got a new commander for that deck

If you need card draw, not only can you get it, but you can shuffle him back into your deck to potentially get more when necessary
