Riotous Beating does enough damage to Knock Out any evolving Basic Pokemon and two-shot almost any Pokemon-GX, and with 4+ gust affects available to the deck and a highly consistent engine, the deck will win on turn seven (a combination of six one-shots on non-GX Pokemon or three two-shots on Pokemon-GX, minus the first turn where it doesn't attack) a good percent of the time
Then when another dork dies, a foe will lose 2 life and you'll gain it, like Blood Artist, but two life not one
One of the best deals is on the Pokmon TCG 36-pack Chaos Rising Booster Display Box, which is now available for under $270
"...fans can expect to see some of their favorite characters in the 99 of each deck..." Last but not least, Commander might be all about your leader, but RPGs are often about your party as a whole, and WOTC wont leave the supporting casts of these games hanging
As far as which moves I would use, I would use Flame Jet if Salamence was my active Pokemon and I didn't have 4 energy cards on it yet, but I would attack a weaker bench Pokemon of my opponents hoping that I could knock it out in two turns, then once I get 4 energy cards on Salamence ex I would use Bright Flame and if the active Pokemon is finished off by 120 damage I would use Flame Jet the next turn to knock it out
