Description

roses and violets

Pairs beautifully with shrimp

The ripe style of Lahaye works seamlessly without dosage

It has a complex smell with aromas of violets

I was able to make a fresh and clear wine that is typical of the old northern Alsace for the first time in a long time

Quinta de la Quietud - Tinto 2019 (750ml) CA roses and violetsFull deep cherry. Strong and complex aroma of black fruit confit, liquorice, a fine toasted edge (black cacao), and a touch of minerals (graphite). Dense and elegant in the palate, with a great, lengthy personality. A wine for Gourmets, with great ageing potential.
