"Winners Circle" # 8/100 - William Henry Knife Ancient Rome holding two corn ears inThe Spearpoint "Winners Circle" features a lightweight titanium frame inlaid with Fordite scales. Fordite ( aka 'Motor City Agate') is the formation of years of old paint drippings at Ford by the now extinct practice of hand spray painting production cars in automotive factories. Excess paint gradually built up on the tracks and skids creating quite colorful layers. The layers were hardened repeatedly in the same ovens used to cure paint on car bodies
