A clear straw yellow characterizes the Pinot Grigio Vigna “Castel Ringberg”

it is rich and round

all accompanied by porcini mushrooms or rosé des prés or even with a duck breast with figs

Long lingering finish

Try pairing this richness with dishes heavy in butter

Domaine Durand Menetou-Salon, Loire, France 2022 Villa Creek Cellars A clear straw yellow characterizesThe 2022 Menetou Salon Blanc is slightly more reticent, with white flowers, stone fruits, orange blossom, and chalky minerality in its medium bodied, nicely balanced, textured, layered style. Like the Sancerre Blanc, it's racy and vibrant while bringing beautiful texture and richness. 91 Pts Jeb Dunnuck
