Description

The citrus really comes to life here as mandarin

Its black fruits are also right there

with notes of honey and spices

Although it starts out full and soft

There’s tremendous purity on the nose of this wine

Weingut Kurt Darting Durkheimer Nonnengarten Rieslaner Beerenauslese, Pfalz, Germany 2016 500ml El Maestro Sierra The citrus really comes toThis is Helmut Dartings modern masterpiece; jack fruit, plantain, musk melon, and a drinkable dessert wine (10g l acidity with 150g l RS, perfect symmetry); like a flan made from Meyer lemons and pche de vignes; the finish is Eiswein like, and almost dry.
