Description

The judicious use of whole-cluster grapes gives it a lovely lightness and tension

The trademark Wendouree menthol and eucalypt lift is present but typically more restrained here than across other cuvées in the range

with the winemaker's role being to accompany rather than direct

and a saline tang that lingers on the aftertaste

The palate is at once rich and precise: generous stone fruit and citrus peel
