Peth Wetz Sekt Brut Nature 12% abv 75cl Riesling while the palate is mediumClear, ripe quince fruit on the nose. Easily reminiscent of a Williams pear brandy. Very elegant appearance in the mouth and almost tender on the tongue. Well integrated perlage. Very harmonious on the palate with a fine minerality that tastes almost a little salty.
