Brisket - Half (3-4 lbs) Feeds 9+ Main Item:Half r-11j9u27{visibility:hiddenOur 14 hour Pecan and Oak Smoked Brisket is a crowd pleaser!!! Our half brisket is sliced down the middle long ways so that each one has both lean and moist cuts of beef. It comes unsliced and vacuum sealed in sous vide packaging. You may reheat in the packaging by submerging in hot water for 45 minutes, or warm in the oven wrapped in foil. Its fork tender and has the bark and smoke ring you will only find at the best Texas smokehouses.
