Icelandic Seaweed Salt Flakes - Saltverk Icelandic Chocolate Main colour: Oatmeal Heather (#1038)Sustainable Seaweed Sea Salt from Iceland Hand harvested by the awesome people of Saltverk on the West fjords of Iceland. In Iceland there are different varieties of seaweed that grow around the Icelandic shores. In this eco=friendly salt there is a combination of different hand harvested seaweed together to enhance the Japanese umami flavor. Excellent on fish, chicken, soups, salads and vegetarian dishes. Great with meat, seafood and fruits. Height
